The Moto-Master Flame Floating Brake Disc combines premium materials with Moto-Master’s distinctive Flame design to deliver powerful, smooth and highly controllable braking performance.

The Flame-shaped venting slots and outer perimeter maintain an even contact surface between the brake pad and disc throughout each rotation. This provides a smooth and predictable braking response, giving the rider greater control and confidence under hard braking.

The unique Flame design also contributes to optimal cooling and reduced weight. Its oversized venting slots are positioned in the direction of rotation, while the overlapping outer profile and venting slots continuously clean the brake pad contact surface and efficiently evacuate hot gases.

By keeping the brake pads evenly supported across the rotor surface, the design helps prevent the pads from tilting under high braking pressure, resulting in more even and reduced brake pad wear.

The rotor is connected to the inner carrier using lightweight stainless-steel floaters, providing an excellent combination of strength and durability.

Moto-Master uses specialized laser-cutting technology to achieve an exceptionally precise disc finish. Disc thickness is maintained parallel within a 0.003 mm tolerance, helping eliminate brake lever pulsation and providing precise, direct rider feedback.
