This Exhaust Stud & Nut Kit is designed for all KTM LC8 V-twin engines. The kit includes three hardened steel exhaust studs and three copper-plated locking nuts, providing a reliable and heat-resistant fastening solution for the exhaust header.
Unlike stainless steel or titanium studs, hardened steel maintains proper strength at high temperatures and avoids galvanic corrosion reactions with the aluminum cylinder head—ensuring easier removal in the future and reducing the risk of thread damage.
