Your Tenere 700 Sidestand Safety Switch prevents you from riding with the side stand down — a useful feature until it gets damaged during off-road riding. When that happens, the bike won’t run in gear, potentially leaving you stranded on the trail.
Fortunately, our bypass plug is an inexpensive, quick, and easy fix.
Also applicable on several other Yamaha models, including track racing usage, allowing complete Sidestand removal.
