Lambda / O2 (Oxygen) Sensor Eliminator
The O₂ Sensor Eliminator Kit replaces the factory oxygen (lambda) sensor in your motorcycle’s exhaust system. It allows the ECU to bypass the restrictive feedback loop of the stock O₂ sensor and operate using the installed air–fuel map.
The result is improved throttle response, smoother power delivery, and increased torque across the low and mid-RPM range.
This kit is designed for motorcycles that comply with Euro 2, Euro 3, and, in some cases, Euro 4 emissions standards.
Motorcycle manufacturers install oxygen sensors to maintain a stoichiometric air–fuel ratio — ideal for emissions compliance, but not for maximum performance.
When converting a bike for trackdays or off-road use, achieving optimal fueling is essential.
However, simply removing the O₂ sensor will trigger an FI (Fuel Injection) error.
Our version of the O₂ Sensor Eliminator combines the electronic eliminators and the exhaust port plugs in a single, convenient plug-and-play package.
This allows for the complete removal of the O₂ sensor system without any FI errors or side effects.
Key Features:
- Improves throttle response and smooths power delivery, with more torque in the low and mid-RPM range.
- Fully supports fuel tuning modifications such as Power Commander or ECU remapping, where O₂ sensor removal is required.
- Ideal for aftermarket exhaust systems that do not include an oxygen sensor port.
- Can be used to replace a faulty O₂ sensor to restore proper ECU operation.
- Plug-and-play installation — no cutting, splicing, or wiring modifications needed.
- Includes the correct number of eliminators and exhaust plugs to bypass the O₂ system.
